The CTAGS Online Discount Program is a NOT-FOR-FEE on-line program that provides you with savings and benefits offered by participating sponsors online and at merchant locations.

You must show your CTAGS voucher or SMS before you make a purchase at a participating sponsor. A sponsor has the right to deny a discount if you do not present your voucher or SMS before payment.
The voucher or SMS can be used only once. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Cash will not be given in exchange of the voucher.
Sponsors may reserve the right to ask for your school ID, passport or other identification to verify you are a rightful person. They will not use the voucher as a form of payment. By selecting the option to receive the discount via SMS to your cell phone, you are waiving your “DND” rights.

The CTAGS.in, CAMPUSTAGS.com or CTAGS.in Web sites (collectively known as the "Site") offer the most up-to-date information on savings and partner benefits offered by participating sponsors. We take reasonable efforts to maintain the currency of our database of sponsors and their discounts. However, CTAGS is not responsible for third parties' restrictions or changes to their offers not communicated to CTAGS. Therefore you will have to login to access certain sections of the Site. You can search for savings and participating sponsors online. Some sponsors and discounts may not be available in your community. You should contact the sponsor to confirm that they offer the discount. Even though CTAGS takes efforts to keep the listing of sponsors and savings up to date, CTAGS is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information regarding the sponsor or its discount.

CTAGS is not responsible if a sponsor changes its discount due to any reason what so ever.

CTAGS and its sponsors are independent contractors. CTAGS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH ANY SPONSOR OF THE DISCOUNT PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INACCURACY IN ADVERTISING MATERIAL OR FOR ANY LIABILITY RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM A PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANY SPONSOR OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISCOUNT PROGRAM.

Offers made available through the Sites may change from time to time. CTAGS reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the offers and/or participating sponsors at any time. In addition, sponsors may elect to change offers from time to time. CTAGS will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the Sites to reflect offer and/or sponsor changes. For a listing of current offers, Members should visit the Sites. If you become aware of a discontinued offer listed, please notify CTAGS by sending an e-mail to CTAGS or contacting CTAG Services. CTAGS undertakes no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer discontinued.

The Website may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of CTAGS or the Website and CTAGS is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. By using the CTAGS Online Discount Program you acknowledge that any information we receive from or about you through the site use will be treated according to our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall CTAGS be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the services; (b) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with availing services from CTAGS.
Neither shall CTAGS be responsible for the delay or inability to use the website or services, the provision of or failure to provide services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Further, CTAGS shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the website during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the services that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond CTAGS's control. The user understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained from CTAGS is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or any other loss that results from such material and/or data.
